Videography for Hertie School Executive Education RARE: Recharging Advocacy for Rights in Europe - a joint programme of the Hertie School, the Netherlands and Hungarian Helsinki Committees, the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights in Poland and OxfamNovib. RARE brings together human rights and civic space advocate NGOs from EU countries in a 2-year capacity- and alliance-building program. Participants are equipped with the skills, resources, and the European network their NGOs need to counteract increasingly challenging national operating contexts.
